Providing health or rehabilitation information through PranIQ is voluntary. You may choose not to submit information, although this may limit our ability to respond or coordinate services.
Where you request rehabilitation support, relevant information may be reviewed by appropriate PranIQ personnel and qualified professionals so that your needs, goals, location, and suitability for available services can be assessed.
Relevant rehabilitation information may be shared with authorised healthcare or rehabilitation professionals involved in your proposed or ongoing care, where appropriate and permitted. You may ask what information will be shared before confirming a service.
Where technology-assisted assessment or monitoring is used, its purpose, limitations, and any information collected should be explained before use. Such information supports professional review and is not an independent medical diagnosis.
Online enquiries and digital monitoring are not suitable for emergencies. Rehabilitation may involve risks, and recommendations may change following professional assessment. Always follow the guidance of your treating healthcare professional.
You may withdraw optional consent or request that your information no longer be used for future coordination by contacting hello@praniq.life. Legal, clinical, safeguarding, or record-keeping obligations may require some information to be retained.
